Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery (or your chosen guarantee duration)

Personalized, final sale, or promotional items are not eligible for return.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.


5. How to Request a Return

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will send instructions for returning your purchase.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
